Two closed double doors remain, and the scout takes her time to examine them. Lilith pours some holy water over the corpse, but nothing happens. Whomever despoils this tomb is defiled by demons seven days hence.Ī voice resonates through the room. The cleric breaks off the skeleton’s fingers and removes the rings. One is an expensive family ring with a pearl, which looks familiar to Jharrath. Behind the second door is an ornate sarcophagus, and when Lilith opens it, the remains of a decomposed body are exposed, two rings still wrapped around the finger bones. There seems to be no magic trap, so Lilith slides the lid to the side: the sarcophagus is empty. The cleric tells her brother to use his wand to see if the coffin has been tampered with. So, question is.Once the ghost is gone, Phaedra examines the door to the right. Halfway there I entered a corridor and saw a fight at the end and bailed on the quest, no way was I going to lose anyone else. There was only one last searchable item back in the early corridors. The highway man which had been with me from the start starved in a corridor. My party was starving and in complete darkness. I started looking for it in searchable items I hadn't touched on my way through corridors. But through everything I had learnt I managed to get the party to explore every room I had missed, in hopes of finding the missing relic. One of the blue chalice rooms had a trapped sarcophagus which my grave robber avoided any ill effect from. I found the relics which were the quest's objective in two out of three of these rooms. I managed to pick and choose my fights and aimed for the rooms with the blue chalice. Had a nice party so lots of scouting was triggered. Okay, so I was on a level 1 medium quest seraching for relics in the ruins.
